How to Run Creative Destruction in 800x600 Resolution

As creative destruction don't have its own settings for changing its resolution, so we have to do it on our own. First of All open "Creative Destruction". 

Now go to Desktop and Right-click there and click "display settings".

In, display resolution, select 800x600 resolution and keep changes.

Now you'll see your game is now reduced in resolution and now you can enjoy this at good fps.
